We accept returns on unworn, undamaged item(s) if notified within 14 days of arrival of your complete order. We then require the returned item(s) to reach us within 14 days of this date. After this time frame, returns are at our discretion.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue exchanges at this time - but we can issue store credit so you can place a new order at your leisure.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us so we can come to a speedy resolution for you. Please note, if your item has arrived faulty or damaged, this must be reported to us within 30 days of purchase.
Manufacturing faults must be reported to us within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for a replacement.
